WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WORKING WITH ME

When working with me, I amalgamate my two training modalities as a professional counsellor and coach. This is truly a unique experience that I curate for each of my clients. Together we can dive into your past and remove any blocks or trauma and we can also be proactive and set goals to help you live the life of your dreams.

 

I will help you reconnect to your femininity, feel in alignment with your soul’s purpose, heal past wounds while owning your unique gifts. We will unlock patterns that are keeping you stuck while stabilizing your emotions and help you feel more alive and inspired daily.

 

Understanding your feminine energy is such a massive component in your healing as a woman. This can influence and impact how you refuel to avoid burnout, how you interact with your partner and how you attract more abundance into your life.

 

After working with me, you can expect to understand WHY you do what you do, you will either attract the partner of your dreams or rekindle the spark in your relationship and you will feel aligned and confident in all your future decisions.

 

My goal is to help you feel safe in your body, to understand where your behaviours are coming from and to support you in achieving all your relational, vocational and personal goals. HOLISTIC LIFE COACHING
Package of 10 + 90 min Intake Session

This is a package of 10 sessions, plus an additional 90 min intake session. Your commitment is every other week to keep consistency and accountability in your healing journey. This is your all-access experience to your most dramatic and empowering shifts and changes. Expect to have continual "ah-ha" moments of understanding, to feel life is happening for you, and to truly embody your unique alignment.

HOLISTIC COACHING
Individual Sessions

If you're unsure you're ready to commit to 10 sessions, you may want to start here. You will still experience the feeling of empowerment when working with me at your own pace. We can set some goals and get you back on track living the life you deserve. It is recommended that you plan for a minimum of 6 sessions in order to process and integrate fully, although this is not mandatory.

Included with your 1 hr individual sessions:

A 90 min intake session is required before diving into individual sessions.

EMOTIONAL RELEASE SESSION​

Intake Session required

Emotions are energy in motion. What most people often don't realize is that these emotions are what block you from your highest potential, your deep soul alignment and your own inner freedom. Nearly every single woman I have worked with has pent-up anger. Once she accesses her inner rage and lets out all the resentments, feelings of obligation, and frustrations nearly instantly she feels back in her body, calm and relaxed.

Within your 1 hr release session you can expect:

  • Each session is uniquely designed for your specific emotional body's needs

  • I will safely guide you and your nervous system through a practice I have been using with clients with great success for many years where gently push your edges in order to access release and relief.

  • Through movement, sound and somatic reconnection you let go and immediately feel at ease.

  • Within 1 hr you will heal your inner child, your feminine essence and any residual trauma from your past

  • After a release, you will feel more in touch with your body, your needs, your inner voice and your boundaries.

This is one of the most powerful healing tools that I would love to guide you through.

INTRO TO HUMAN DESIGN READING

Have you ever felt stuck, unsure how to decide what's next or confused as to where to begin to find your inner voice?

Human Design is a modality that helps you understand your inner genius. It's almost like it gives you a permission slip to embody your true self. Many clients have found when they started to learn about their Human Design, it made their decision-making and life path make so much more sense.

I have been studying my chart for years now and I am still uncovering new things every day! This is a complex and incredibly empowering knowledge to have on your path to uncovering your true self.

​

Within your 1hr reading you can expect:

  • A look at your individual blueprint, in other words, what your soul is meant to be doing on this earth. In Human Design Terms we look at your body graph and  your defined and open centers

  • Deep learning on how to use your energy correctly to guide your decision making

  • An understanding of how you are wired to uniquely manifest your purpose and how to best market yourself or your business

  • Find out how to access your flow and ease in communication and in life

  • How to attract opportunities that are most in alignment with you

WHY HOLISTIC?

I believe that each one of us has thoughts (our mental patterns), emotions (what our heart feels), physical sensations (body pain and responses) and our spiritual self (beliefs and purpose, the bigger meaning in life).

 

When one or more of these areas feel off, this is often when we seek out help. I specialize in integrating all these areas in my coaching and counselling practice so that you feel like you leave being a WHOLE human again!
