Show up as you. There is no pressure to perform, participate or do anything that doesn't feel in alignment with you. Authenticity and trusting yourself is our intention.  

Take this time to drop in and support yourself, show up for yourself and be held. Let's be real.

We will explore some somatic and spiritual practices and open up a conversation for women to be seen.  Please be prepared to move your body, make some sound, release energy and be in your heart. The purpose is to help you take this time for yourself and come back into your body again.
