Today’s affirmation is a simple one:
The better I feel, the better I feel.
If you focus your energy on feeling good, you will just keep feeling better. Plain and simple. Focus on the pull, focus on the inspiration, focus on the curiosity, focus on the laughter, focus on the magnitude of your world and appreciate it all.
What you focus on you get more of.
So when you feel good, you will start to feel great, and when you feel great you will start to feel happy, and when you start to feel happy you will start to feel alive, and when you start to feel alive you will start to feel expansive, and when you start to feel expansive you will start to feel joyful, and when you start to feel joyful you will start to feel love. You will start to feel loved. You will start to be love. You will start to notice all the love around you. You will start to feel deeply connected, constantly. THIS thought process combined with the feeling process can be done in literally 2 min or less.
This, my friends, is how you shift your state, shift your mood, shift your vibration...
This is how you bring in MORE of what you want into your life.
The more you get in the habit of feeling good, you begin to feel better. Just like anything, our emotional state (excluding a mental health diagnosis), is just a menal pattern.
