Lovely, be compassionate to yourself. If you are on a healing journey remember that it’s ok if some days are dark and some nights are hard. It’s not a setback, it’s the momentum you need to propel forward into healing. HEALING TAKES TIME...time for you to learn to love yourself through it all, time for you to learn to trust your body, heart and intuition, time for you to learn to set healthy boundaries, time for you to understand your needs, time for you to fully embrace your worthiness...and IN this time gentleness, love, and compassion are the key.
