My Top Video Suggestions ANYONE in Relationship Should Watch

Humans are relational. We all crave some level of connection with others.

I have compiled a list of a few videos that range in length that will help ANYONE single, married, gay, straight, non-binary...you name it. These videos can help you know yourself on a deeper level and also empathize with those around you. ENJOY!

 

Understand the masculine & feminine from John Gray, the author of Men are From Mars, Women are From Venus. He has a great sense of humour and takes a look at how our hormones play a part in our interactions while clearly knowing what your partner and YOU need:

David Deida (start at 2:28) talks about the masculine and feminine from a spiritual perspective while explaining sexual polarity, and why it is so needed in intimate partnerships. THIS does not mean just man and woman, its understanding your natural essence:

Esther Perel talks about how to FIGHT in relationship and what is really happening under the perceived conflict. She is clear, direct, and incredibly practical in HOW to communicate better with your partner:

Brene Brown breaks down the anatomy of TRUST and why it is so incredibly important to have this with ourselves and others. This is a MUST listen:

John Gottman is the relationship guru. He has been studying relationships for over 20 years and talks about how to transform your partnerships through communication styles and uncover HOW you connect:

Matthew Hussy is a dating coach, and he talks about some of the struggles we create in todays day and age with dating and how to overcome them:

This video talks about the basics of Attachment Theory. Understanding your attachment style is the KEY to understanding how you show up in relationships. ALL of our childhood wounding plays out when we form intimate partnerships so attachment theory is integral to healing your triggers:
