RACHELE KEHLER IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING ALL CLIENTS WITH EXCEPTIONAL TIME AND CARE. WHEN A CLIENT CANCELS WITHOUT GIVING ENOUGH NOTICE, THEY PREVENT ANOTHER CLIENT FROM BEING SEEN.
Clients are responsible to keep or cancel their appointments. Reminders are not always given for each appointment. A full 48 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment time, you will be billed for 50% of the cost of your session.
Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment (“no show”) are billed for the full cost of their scheduled session. Please note that if you are more than 10 min late for your scheduled appointment that it will be considered a no-show unless communicated with Rachele.
In order to be consistent with all clients, cancellation fees will only be waived in the event of a medical emergency requiring urgent professional treatment, a death in the family, a natural disaster or any other emergency that has left you too unwell to attend.
Follow-up appointments will not be conducted until balances for previous appointments have been paid.
Your payment shows your confirmation of attendance and is required 48hrs prior to your session or for beginning a coaching package. E-transfer or Paypal payments are accepted. Rachele will send out an invoice which includes GST.
