RACHELE KEHLER IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING ALL CLIENTS WITH EXCEPTIONAL TIME AND CARE. WHEN A CLIENT CANCELS WITHOUT GIVING ENOUGH NOTICE, THEY PREVENT ANOTHER CLIENT FROM BEING SEEN.
Clients are responsible to keep or cancel their appointments. Reminders are not always given for each appointment. A full 48 hours notice is required for cancelling appointments.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment time, you will be billed for 50% of the cost of your session.
Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment (“no show”) are billed for the full cost of their scheduled session. Please note that if you are more than 15 min late for your scheduled appointment that it will be considered a no-show unless communicated with Rachele.
In order to be consistent with all clients, cancellation fees will only be waived in the event of a medical emergency requiring urgent professional treatment, a death in the family, a natural disaster or any other emergency that has left you too unwell to attend.
In the unlikely event, Rachele does not show up for your scheduled appointment, your next appointment is free.
Follow-up appointments will not be conducted until balances for previous appointments have been paid.
Payment is required a minimum of 12 hrs prior to your session for e-transfer or Paypal payments. Your payment is considered your confirmation of attendance, even if you have a standing time slot. Rachele will not deposit the funds until after your session if for any reason there are changes to the session. If you are paying in cash, please email Rachele and confirm your attendance.
