I’m not here to teach you how to work harder. I’m here to show you how to lead all areas of life like a woman.
With 10+ years as a trauma therapist and coach, 7 years in Human Design, and 20+ years in business and leadership, I’ve worked with hundreds of women who are DONE with the old way.
They don’t want to fit into outdated masculine models of success.
They don’t want to burn themselves out trying to prove they belong.
They know they’re the ones in their family breaking the mold.
They want power, confidence, and a life that FEELS as good as it looks.
And I know what it’s like—because I lived it too.
My own burnout came from performing a version of myself that wasn’t real. Silencing my voice to be liked. Playing roles that were expected of me, not chosen by me. I see so many women doing the same—navigating life through overcompensation, proving, and perfectionism.
As a 6/2 Sacral Generator with a defined Head, Ajna, and Throat in Human Design, I’m here to tell the truth, share what I’ve learned, and help you turn your big ideas into sustainable, soul-aligned realities. Nothing is too audacious, too bold, or too much for us to hold together.
